"Love is a Daring Reverse Bunny Girl" is a "contrarian" romantic comedy that depicts the heroine in a "reverse bunny" look, where the covered and exposed parts of the skin are the reverse of a normal bunny girl outfit.
A rural boy named Mikazuki Ooka, who has just started attending high school in the city, has a strong love of bunny girls. He hopes to become a cool city boy and get himself a girlfriend, while holding dreams of getting her to wear a bunny girl outfit.
When his classmate Udon Konagisa, an urbanite high school girl, teaches the bunny girl loving Mikazuki about the "Urban Style" bunny girl look, an uproar quickly ensues.

Rise to the top of a school full of delinquents with the help of beautiful gals!
As a result of a combination of his good-natured personality and bad luck, Shiki Orifushi ends up enrolling in St. Lukeman's Academy, a school renowned for its delinquent students.
Before entering the school, Shiki had lived a life far removed from being a delinquent, but at St. Lukeman's, he was an herbivore thrown into a predator's cage. Shiki was well aware of his situation, but his sense of justice and good-natured personality make him catch the attention of one of the school's numerous gangs of delinquents.
For the next year, Shiki was bullied by the delinquents and lived through hellish days, but one day, he almost bumped into the school's strongest Yankee gal, Karin Kohinata, in front of a vending machine. As a result of this, Shiki's school life changes completely.
